Blackened Grouper with Tropical Fruit Salsa- May 21, 2010
My mom picked up some grouper from Captain Marden's in Wellesley today. I think I've mentioned before what a fantastic fish store this is. My husband blackened it with the usual red fish rub he uses. I made a very simple tropical fruit salsa to go on top (jalapeno, green pepper, pineapple, mango, tomato, cucumber, red onion, salt & a little vinegar) and we served everything over white rice.
