Portuguese Kale Soup- May 6, 2010

This is one of my favorite standby's. It is quick, easy, and in this part of the country chorizo and linguica are readily available (so much so I think our local convenience store stocks them...). The farm had kale, so we picked some for the soup. I don't really follow a recipe anymore, but any basic one will do... Joy of Cooking, etc.
