Chicken Parmesean Burgers- March 26, 2010
This is from the March issue of Bon Appetite. I am not a fan of ground chicken in burger form, since I prefer white meat (and this is usually what is available in ground) and I often find it doesn't have enough fat, and gets dry. Of course an easy solution to that is to add some kind of fat- oil, salt pork, etc. This recipe covered that. These were yummy and easy. I served them with a side salad of mixed field greens with a balsamic vinaigrette.
