Pecan Crusted Tilapia with Twice Baked Potatoes- March 19, 2010

I am visiting my parents in Florida and my dad picked up tonight's dinner from their favorite grocery store down here, The Fresh Market. Its a great spot a lot like Whole Foods but a little smaller and more specialed in produce, meats and fish, mostly organic/high end. So it was just a matter of baking the fish and reheating the potatoes. Everything was delicious!
