
I haven't made dumplings in a while but I'm pretty sure the last time I did I used the same recipe. These are fairly easy and they make quite a few. I use store-bought wonton wrappers. I had enough for at least 7 people with a side of rice. Luckily they freeze well. For the rice I precooked white rice then cooled it, cooked a scrambled egg in the wok with some peanut oil and added minced fresh ginger. Then I threw in the rice, chopped scallions & cilantro.
