Its always dangerous when I go to Wellesley as I end up going to The Cheese Shop or John Dewar! Yesterday I went to John Dewar's for some Kurobuta pork. I don't love pork chops, but these are a whole different world. When meat gets that expensive I don't cook it, I have my husband do it. And you can rest assured whenever there is some sort of sauce involved he's cooked. He has a talent for just coming up with these things, really.
