Steak, Tomato and Zucchini Kebobs- March 4, 2010
While we were in Texas we had some okra and it was so delicious that I was dying to try it again. Of course it is hard to find up here even in the summer, so needless to say I ended up substituting it. I had some tenderloin tips frozen from our last whole-tenderloin purchase. I marinated them overnight according to the recipe and served the kebabs with an Italian couscous mixed with onions, pepper & parsley.
